When you ask DOM about a roof, your information should have a clear purpose. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how it is used.

Our free inspection form asks for your name, phone number, optional email, Miami-area ZIP code, property category, roof concern, roof type if known and any notes you choose to add. We also record the page and campaign that brought you to the form, when available. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the notes.
Why we use it
DOM uses your details to review your request, contact you about an inspection or free estimate, identify the type of work and coordinate a possible next step. Submitting the form does not schedule work or create a roofing contract. We do not use this form as consent for unrelated marketing messages.
DOM and contractor partners
Depending on the roof and type of work, a DOM team member or a contractor partner may evaluate or perform the job. We may share the details needed for that request with a partner so they can contact you or prepare a scope. The party that quotes, contracts and collects payment may vary by project and should be identified before you agree to work. We do not publish your request or sell it as an advertising list.
Services that handle requests
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security verification. Form requests are delivered to DOM through GestionaLeads, our lead management service, and to a private DOM Roofing Telegram group for staff notification. These services process the information needed to deliver and protect your request. We limit access to people who need it for intake and follow-up.
Website measurement
DOM may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and which calls or inspection buttons people use. We do not intentionally send your name, phone number, email, ZIP code or free-text roof notes as analytics event parameters. Campaign details such as UTM tags and ad click IDs may be recorded with your request to identify its source.
Keeping and protecting data
We keep request details for the time needed to respond, manage the project relationship and meet applicable record requirements. Requests travel over HTTPS. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
